Helping You Get Back to What Matters Most

If you've spent any time exploring our website, you've probably realised that we don't spend a lot of time talking about chiropractic. That's intentional.

Because while chiropractic is what I do, it's never been what matters most. What matters most is helping people get back to living the life they want to live.

The beginning

Where It All Began

I was fortunate to grow up around chiropractic. My dad was a chiropractor, and from a young age I watched how much he genuinely loved what he did.

It wasn't about adjusting spines. It was about people.

I saw the relationships he built over many years and the satisfaction he got from making a positive difference in people's lives.

Looking back now, I realise that's what inspired me most. Not the profession itself — but the opportunity to help people.

A shift in perspective

My Thinking Has Changed Over The Years

Like many chiropractors, when I first graduated I became fascinated by the science behind spinal structure and posture. I loved seeing changes on X-rays and watching structural improvements over time.

Those things are still important to me. But over the years, something shifted.

Today, I'm far more interested in what those changes actually mean for the person sitting in front of me.

What truly matters

Can they play with their kids again?

Can they sleep through the night?

Can they enjoy travelling without worrying about their back?

Can they get back into the garden?

Can they return to the gym?

Can they simply feel like themselves again?

Because at the end of the day, those are the things people remember. Those are the wins that matter.

My approach

Every Person Has Their Own Story

One of the things I enjoy most about being a chiropractor is getting to know people over time. No two people are the same. Even if two people have exactly the same symptoms, their lives, goals and challenges can be completely different.

That's why I don't believe in rushing appointments or assuming everyone's problem has the same solution.

Before recommending anything, I want to understand your story:

What's been happening?

How has it affected your life?

What have you already tried?

Most importantly… what would you love to get back to?

"Before I can recommend the right care, I need to understand your story. Every person is different, and I believe listening carefully, asking the right questions, and understanding what matters most to you is where good care begins."

Beyond the clinic

Outside The Clinic

When I'm not in the clinic, you'll usually find me spending time with my family.

My wife Jackie and I love getting away in the caravan, riding our bikes together and making memories with our daughters.

Caitlin keeps us busy with swimming, gymnastics and her love of all things creative, while Chloe has a real passion for gymnastics, absolutely adores her chickens, and if something comes in purple, it's almost guaranteed to become her favourite.

I also enjoy getting out on my motorcycle, tinkering away in the shed, and building or fixing things whenever I get the chance.

Those moments help keep life balanced and remind me why helping people stay active and able to enjoy the things they love is so important.

My philosophy

A Little More About My Approach

Over the years, one belief has become clearer than ever.

The spine is important. But the person attached to it is even more important.

My goal isn't simply to improve how your spine moves. It's to understand what matters most to you and help you move towards that.

Because when we focus on what truly matters in your life, treatment becomes far more meaningful.

And that's why I still love coming to work every day.
